This chef knife is based on my Santoku design but with a more pronounced drop to the point. It has been fitted with hybrid Californian buckeye burl and Gold resin scales with Black G10 liners. Which have been fitted to the blade with Brass Stag head mosaic pins. And comes with a leather blade cover.
Steel: 2mm Sandvik 14C28N. Flat grind with a secondary bevel. Blade length Approx. 175mm Over all length Approx. 295mm Dark Brown Leather sheath with yellow stitching
